1		Garlic clove; crushed
1	ts	Mustard seeds
1/2	ts	Finely slivered lime peel
2	ts	Lime juice
2	tb	Sesame oil

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until fairly smooth. Makes about 3-1/2 Tbsp.
